The St. Kateri School Board is an advisory group of parents, parishioners & community members that support the pastor and school principal in furthering the school’s mission and ensuring the school’s success. The Board is involved in long range issues, planning, budgeting, and budget approval. Currently, the Board is comprised of the following committees:

Catholic Identity & Policy Development

• Monitors the cultivation of a school culture where Catholic identity and faith formation are integrated into all aspects of school life and form the foundation of the school’s programs and activities
• Monitors the schools accreditation process and helps with correction actions

Finance

• Monitors and reports to the Board on the status of the current year’s fiscal budget
• Formulates with the principal a proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year based on enrollment projections and needs of other operating committees

Development

• Assists in the implementation of fundraising events and activities including the Heart of Christ Gala and Annual Fund
• Participates in or provides leadership for programs of annual and planned giving and periodic capital campaigns
